Something that I find really helpful when I have a soar throat is to gargle with warm water with a bit of salt in it.....it really works for me.

its funny that I get sick the 2nd day my insurance was terminated.
not cool = /

the sore throat i think is almost gone. but i still got this dry cough.
i feel my throat is dry and its making me cough. feel like theres particles or something

i dunno so wierd

note.. i just noticed everything i mentioned was wrong was better.. cept the stuff i didnt mention. teehee

so yeah... the cough is the last straw! teehee
