I brought these over from the old site:

First vision?

I laid down to go to bed. I was comfortable and cleared my mind of thoughts. I heard a woman’s voice talking to a man. They were talking and joking with each other and laughing and singing songs. Then I got a vision in my mind of what she looked like. She had brown hair, curly and long wearing a tan or yellow colored dress, cotton and puffy, loose shoulder like the style of the pheasants wore in the medieval times. She was sitting on a wooden chair in a house where you can see the field.

I then got a picture of a man’s face, then it was gone. I continued to listen to them chatter and they continued to laugh and sing songs and sounded like they were having a wonderful time. I asked if it was my imagination or if someone was here? The woman said, we are here and just having fun talking. Then it stopped and it was quiet and my mind was blank of thoughts and I was just nice and peaceful and comfortable.

Then all of a sudden, I saw in my mind like a curtain opening and then I saw some horses dressed with a blanket with coats of arms on them with knights, going into the jousting field area and the crowds cheered. There were people all around and then I heard the woman and man talking again with each other. I saw a village area around the jousting field and some kids running around playing. I was awake and it felt like I was really there.

Now I never experienced anything so vivid and clear like that before. Again, I asked if anyone was there or if this was my imagination and I heard the woman say again, yes we are here, then everything went blank and it was quiet. I jumped out of bed and wrote it all down.

I don’t know if someone was connecting or I got a glimpse back in those times or what but it was very cool and I wasn’t scared at all actually amazing!

I also had a dream and Deb was in it. We were in her kitchen and I didn't even know what she looked like in real life at the time. I described her and when she sent me a picture, it was just as she looked in my dream and I also realized she looked just like the woman in the above vision. Really neat!

Second:

I have always felt a strong connection with my 3rd great-grandmother for some reason and I even had a dream that was so real, that I WAS my 3rd great-grandmother in England before they moved to the US. Their marriage was forbidden because she was a lady in waiting to Queen Victoria and her husband was a guard. She was disowned from her family, they got married and came to the US.

In my dream, I was seeing them before they got married when they had to keep their relationship a secret. The best part of the dream though, was Heath Ledger was my 3rd great-grandfather and I got to kiss him... Well how nice was that? hehehe!!!

I also feel a very strong connection to Plymouth, Ma in 1620, the Mayflower days. I have only been there one time and I knew where everything was and how to get to where I was going without a map. My mom was yelling at me that I was going the wrong way and I told her to hush that I knew where I was going and I got us to where we needed to be. When I was in Plymouth, it felt like I had been back home finally and it was such an amazing feeling, I can't even describe it.
Jace
That is really cool!! Who do you think you were in Plymouth?

I've felt resonance with places too but I can't recall where at this moment lol.. I've got a block going on hehe.gif

I am not sure as to "who" yet but I know it was a woman. In the last few years, I learned that my 10th great grandfather came over on the Mayflower and helped settled Plymouth and was one of the Pilgrims who sat at the First Thanksgiving with the Indians. So I have ancestors that were there at the very same time I always felt I was there even before I knew about the ancestors.

I just heard the name "Jenny" as I was typing the previous post!
Jace
That's really cool!! I wonder what else you find? I haven't researched my ancestors so much. I do know I am also a decedent of a Hungarian king. http://www.hungarian-history.hu/lib/hunspir/hsp11.htm

Ok this is weird.

When I went into my genealogy program, the page that came up had Esther Jenny on it! It normally comes up to the default page!!! She was born in 1740 in MA. When I heard the name Jenny, I also saw a mill!

This the the Jenney Grist Mill that is my ancestors! Interesting!!

You really need to make some time soon to go visit that Mill! I bet a lot of info will come spilling back!

I was at the mill and was just in awe because it felt like I was home especially there! Even though it was rebuilt, it was rebuilt on the same land and then seeing items that were there's was so amazing!

John and Sarah had 7 children in all: Samuel, who was born in Leiden and journeyed with his parents to Plymouth; an unnamed child who died as an infant and is buried in Leiden; Abigail, who also journeyed with her parents to Plymouth; an unnamed son who was born in 1623 aboard the Little James but who died before 1627; Sarah, John and Susanna, all born in Plymouth.

For some reason, Susanna really is strong too!

Esther Jenney is descended from John Jenney's son Samuel who is the brother to Sarah and Susanna!
Jace
How cool is that???

It's hard to say obe way or the other if the visions are your own memories or someone else's. My guess is that they may have easily been your own Lynne. I think we tend to have an attraction to periods of history we've experienced, especially if the time was influential in our own history.

My particular love4.gifs are Medieval, Roman, Atlantean, Egyptian, American Indian and American Civil War.
