I've learned to trust in your instincts...know that what you think the message is - it's real.
I know that spirit is there closeby...it's just that we clutter our minds with day to day stuff.
I know that d ones stay near and if we go quiet, we can feel that .

What I've wondered is ... why is it so hard sometimes to understand what they're trying to convey? Is it that our analytical brains kick in too early?

Hi dragonfly, l do believe that they think quicker than us, once l got the answer before l asked them the question, it felt strange but awesome this happens

when there is a problem of understanding you can ask them to give you what they mean in a different way. I do see what you mean our own brain kicking in, this is the art of focusing the still mind from our own thoughts to theirs if you can see what l mean.

I do believe that we can train our minds to focus, but again we are human. Remember also its far easy for them to project an image than giving it in words so to speak. As it is thought to thought mind to mind, we communicate with our d ones in the spirit world with our strength of our ability to hear feel ~touch~ sense ~see. hugs sky xx

Not sure what you would call this..but I have learned that when i have a thought or see something come across my mind I have learned to listen and take notice more...
I think out of all the experiences I have had thru-out my life the one that sticks out in my mind is when me and hubby was driving early morning and the picture played out into my mind how we would be driving and a deer would hit our car or close to it and the thought more or less told me to make sure I buckle my seat belt, and remind hubby too as well...sure enough a couple miles down the road a deer ran into our car!
Now I have had many other thoughts and such..but never really took them too serious..until that one, now I pay attention closer.

Like for instance I have had thoughts go thru my mind about when i am running the route early morning I should be watching for stray dogs running loose...this has came to my thoughts many times, but I just kind of let it go, never thought too serious,(yet I knew it could be a warning for me) until sure enough, early Sunday morning a dog on a porch came at me and even tried to jump in my car window..lucky I got the window up fast enough..cause I am telling you that dog would of took a bite out of me!!

So I am learning to take these thoughts and such more serious these days..

Hi Sky, I have a question for you..... I know that part of the difficulty in understanding probably gets better with experience, but when you say they think quicker than us, do you feel it's because of their vibrations being higher than ours, and/or because they can communicate with us telepathically?

I've learned that, too, mbo. I don't disregard these anymore cause it always seems to have some merit in it. Once in a while it's something big, like a warning or something, like your experience with the deer and the dog. Most of the time with me, though, it's something a little less dramatic but still important.
